1.1 What is the Platform

jjj3 is a digital entertainment platform offering online casino, football betting, slots games, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and live casino games. This platform is built solely for the entertainment and gaming purposes of players in Myanmar.

1.2 Changes to the Agreement

jjj3 may update this Agreement at any time. Major changes will be announced on the website, and continued use of the Platform after changes are made will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend you read this page regularly.

1.3 Language

This Agreement is written in Myanmar language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Myanmar language original shall prevail.

2.1 Age Restriction

To use the Platform, you must be at least 21+. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the Platform in any way. jjj3 has the right to verify your age at its own discretion.

2.2 Individual Use

Each user may only open one account on the Platform. If multiple accounts linked to the same person are found, jjj3 has the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds associated with them.

2.3 Responsible Gaming

By using the Platform, the user acknowledges that they are playing by their own free choice — using their own money, free from financial penalties imposed by others, and in control of their own play.

3.1 Registration

To play on the Platform, you must open an account with accurate personal information. If any details entered in the form are incorrect, jjj3 has the right to suspend that account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Login credentials (ID and password) to yourself and must not share them with anyone else. jjj3 is not responsible for any losses that occur as a result of a third party accessing your account.

3.3 Account Verification

jjj3 has the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks when processing withdrawal requests. You will need to submit a copy of your ID and any other required documents, and withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods on the Platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum amount per deposit is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawals

• The minimum amount per withdrawal request is 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour
• KYC verification must be passed before withdrawing
• Withdrawals must use the same method used for the deposit
• The Wagering Requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds

4.4 Funds Eligibility

Withdrawal eligibility for bonus funds is not determined until the Wagering Requirement is met — only after it is fulfilled can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn. jjj3 has the right to put a withdrawal on hold without prior notice, depending on the outcome of a funds review.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

jjj3 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks, get a 40,000 Ks bonus, and play with a total of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must meet a wagering amount of 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The Wagering Requirement means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings earned from that bonus. It is the bonus amount — not the original deposit — that must be wagered 25 times.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If jjj3 finds that bonuses are being misused (bonus abuse, multi-accounting), it has the right to void the bonus and any related winnings. jjj3 also has the right to change or stop any bonus program with prior notice.

5.4 Games Eligible for Bonus

Bonus funds can be used on all games available on the Platform. However, the wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the game type — you can check which games contribute 100% to wagering and which contribute at a lower rate on the Bonus Policy page.

6.1 Fair Play

Games provided by jjj3 run on a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), so every player competes on a fair playing field. Attempting to manipulate the RNG or using external software is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is incomplete due to server failure, network disconnection, or platform issues, jjj3 has the right to review the game's best available result and make a final decision. Bets lost due to connection problems will not be refunded.

6.3 Jackpot and Top Prizes

When awarding jackpot prizes, jjj3 will make an announcement before paying out and has the right to carry out verification checks. Prizes resulting from technical errors will not be paid out by jjj3.

jjj3 offers 3 VIP levels based on each player's activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP level upgrades are based on a player's continuous play history and duration. Cashback bonus is a bonus amount and is subject to wagering requirements — see the relevant policy for details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Money laundering and illegal financial transactions
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or third-party software to play
• Collusion — teaming up with others to win together
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonuses in bad faith
• Hacking the platform or carrying out cyber attacks
• Opening multiple accounts for a single person
• Allowing anyone under 21 to use the platform
• Opening an account with false information

If any of these activities are found to have occurred, jjj3 has the right to take legal action.

jjj3 maintains the platform to be as available and secure as possible, but is not responsible for the following:

• Games lost due to internet connection issues
• Data breaches caused by third parties
• Force majeure — earthquakes, fires, war, and events beyond our control
• Financial losses resulting from your own decisions

jjj3's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in relation to the matter concerned.

If a player wishes to close their account, they can contact jjj3 support via Live Chat. jjj3 also has the right to suspend an account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms. Even after an account is closed, the limitations, responsibilities, and protective provisions in this agreement continue to apply.
